Buddy is the Broker of The Progressive Group. Buddy started buying investment property in 1990. Buddy first bought a number of rental units, most of which were owner financed. As time passed, Buddy developed relationships with the local banks and used the equity in the properties he had purchased to start buying foreclosures at the courthouse.

Buddy eventually obtained his real estate license to help him sell the properties he was buying. As time went on, he found that there was a real need for a real estate agency that had a true understanding of investment property. Buddy now only buys investment property for other investors and clients. Buddy began building The Progressive Group to not only meet the needs of investors, but to also meet the needs of the residential buyers and sellers. Buddy saw the same discrepancies in the service provided in the residential real estate market as he did in the investor market. The Progressive Group is has now expanded into land and estate auctions. 

Buddy was also instrumental in starting North Metro REIA.  North Metro REIA provides a business expo, food, a nationally known main speaker, 5 focus groups & 3 hrs of CE at every monthly meeting.
