Thank you, Buddy Corbin, Broker Our Members will receive: "One on One" Training Calls One of the most difficult tasks for Investors is to stay focused. Our training calls are personal sessions to help members stay on track with their investment plan. Each month our investors schedule coaching calls either by phone or email. Our Initial coaching call will be extensive with an evaluation of your current financial plan and your goals are as relating to real estate. If desired, we will assist you in preparing a packet to use with lenders to prepare the way for your property purchases. Free Membership to North Metro REIA North Metro Real Estate Investors Association is an excellent source of a variety of educational classes and is ideal for Investors on all levels. If you live in an area that it is not convenient to make the monthly meetings, all of the audio (Over 6 hours a month) is posted at www.NorthMetroREIA.com. After you listen to the audio or use any of the other educational information available, any questions can be answered through our bulletin boards, email, or by phone. Internet Bulletin Board Members are able to post and answer questions on our bulletin board, exclusively for participants in our Mentoring Program. This is an excellent way of getting feedback from other investors about issues currently being addressed. At any given time we may have two or three conversations going on different topics that can be accessed 24 hours a day. Email & Emergency Support We provide unlimited email support on a first come basis and emergency support through our bulletin board, email, or by phone if a member has a crisis situation that needs immediate assistance including questions about any purchase, sale, or offer they are currently negotiating. Additional Email Training Throughout the Month We provide periodic email training throughout the month as we prepare material that we feel would be beneficial. Receive new properties by email We distribute these to our email list of Investors. These properties include deals from every available source: HUD,VA, Bank Foreclosures, "I buy houses" Signs and Ads, the Multi-List, Direct Marketing to Divorcees and Estates, our Extension Network of Investors, and Much More. (These are for Investors who work directly with The Progressive Group.) Comparable Searches Staff Members are available to run comparable sales and advise members on purchase and sell strategies as part of the training program. Program Discounts $500 Visa Gift Card with every purchase. A $500 Visa Gift Card is given at closing on every purchase in which The Progressive Group acts as your Buyers’ Agent or in which the agent you work with is referred to you by The Progressive Group. This also includes foreclosure purchases at the courthouse.* A full service sales listing for only 5%.
