As members of the first multiple listing service, your property information is provided to over 8,000 real estate agents throughout this area and metro Atlanta. We are able to provide maximum exposure for your property to real estate agents and their buyers by providing instant information, availability, showing instructions, easy access, and photos of your property.

2. WEEKLY SERVICE REPORT TO THE SELLER.

We provide a written report of all activity pertaining to your property. This report includes all showings, agent feedback, agent follow up and steps taken to sell your property. This report is followed up with a weekly phone call to answer any questions or concerns clients may have.

3. WEEKLY “DRIVE BY” YOUR PROPERTY. OUR WEEKLY “DRIVE BY” INCLUDES CHECKING:

1. ALL YARD SIGNS

2. ALL DIRECTIONAL SIGNS

3. TALKING HOUSE OPERATION

4. FILLING THE FLYER BOX

5. CHECKING THE INSIDE DISPLAY

9. MEMBERS OF BARTOW AREA BOARD OF REALTORS.

We are members of a network of local realtors which allows us to exchange information about properties we are marketing.

10. WEEKLY MEETING TO REVIEW OF ALL LISTINGS

All listings are reviewed and critiqued in our weekly meeting. Changes in marketing and advertising are implemented as needed.

11. REVIEW OF LOCKBOX ACTIVITY AND FOLLOW-UP

Computerized checking of all lockbox activity showing all agents that showed your property and following up with the agent to help facilitate a sale.

12. MONTHLY AGENT OPEN HOUSE.
